Use Hyper-V in Bootcamp
I've used the MacBook Pro Retina for over a year now as my everyday (.NET-) development machine. I still think it's the the perfect laptop for a .NET developer.
The one little thing that doesn't work flawlessly is Hyper-V. If you boot directly to Windows and try to start Hyper-V, you'll get an error message that says that the hyper visor is not running. There's a simple fix though: Quickly boot to OSX, then go to System Preferences > Startup Disk. Select "Bootcamp" and click "Restart". Now you'll be able to start Hyper-V in Windows without a problem.
